Guided Tours

Educational tours are offered for groups of all sizes from April through October and must be booked in advance.

  • Tours are tailored for both youth and adults, with age-appropriate themes for younger visitors.

  • Please schedule your tour at least one month in advance, whenever possible.

  • The average tour lasts about one hour.

  • Tours are free of charge, though donations are welcome and help sustain the Arboretum.

To request a tour, please email us at contactus@evergreenarboretum.com and include your phone number. If you don’t see a reply, be sure to check your spam folder.

Self-Guided Tours

Prefer to explore at your own pace? Our gardens are open daily from dawn to dusk and are easy to navigate with clear signage, maps, and themed plantings that highlight seasonal interest and key features. A guide isn’t necessary—you’ll find plenty of information along the way to enrich your visit.

We also offer fun self-guided activities, including scavenger hunts and printable tour sheets that help both kids and adults discover the Arboretum in new ways. These resources are perfect for families, classrooms, or anyone who enjoys a more interactive experience.
