Tree Talk Series: Maples

  • Evergreen Arboretum and Gardens 145 Alverson Boulevard Everett, WA, 98201 United States (map)

An arboretum is a botanical garden devoted to trees—and there’s no better place to explore them than Evergreen Arboretum and Gardens. Join us for a new, free one-hour presentation focused on the fascinating world of maple trees.

As you stroll through the Arboretum, you’ll discover interesting facts about a wide variety of maples, known for their incredible diversity in size, color, and texture. Two Arboretum board members—Libbie Soden, Arborist & Urban Forester, and Lee Borgatta, Tree Steward & Master Gardener—will share their knowledge of selected maple trees found throughout the grounds.

Dress for the weather, bring your curiosity, and come prepared to ask questions!
